Integration Solutions Overview
Objective:
Identify and develop customizable solutions to attend particular universities/schools requirements to improve usability on Google Apps for Education deployments.
Description:
A package is a collection of Google Apps resources (Docs, Spreadsheets,Forms,Scripts,Page,Shared Folder,Circles,Calendar,Scripts,etc) with/without embedded script code that can be embedded on a page or deployed as a web app and uses the Google sharing permissions. For testing purposes use Google Apps domain accounts like gfunze.com.
Current Packages:
- Groups generator for schools Add-On : This tool generates groups, circles, calendars, shared folders from a list of users.
- Autofilling certificates tool ( Template filling ) : This is a general solution that takes a document template (certificate, letter, voucher, receipt, etc) and fil it with information provided on a form or extracted from user profile. For more information
- Payslip ( External data template filling ) : This is a general solution that fills a document with an external data source where logged user id matches..
- Individual account activation : Self-provisioning tool where a student set up their account for the first time.
- Alumni account migration : Move students who graduate to a separate domain.
